Was there an “aha” moment that led you to your entrepreneurial journey or the idea for your company?
Yes, my partner and I, coming from the live-streaming world, saw the shift from cable to platforms like Netflix and realized, “This is going to be BIG.”
What makes your company culture special?
We have an open space and an open-door policy, fostering a transparent and collaborative work environment.
What is your competitive edge?
Our culture of innovation and creativity sets us apart; we are always 5 to 8 years ahead of everyone else. Our tech is so advanced that we received our first patent in August 2023, with several more patents pending.
There’s no handbook for being a CEO/business owner. What kind of resources or support have you leveraged to help overcome hurdles?
I’ve relied on mentors, YouTube, TikTok, and my MBA. Be prepared, because it’s not always easy, and life throws you some strange curveballs; challenges like COVID and managing remote employees weren’t covered in any books I read.
How do you hope to see your company continue to grow?
Our focus is on the roadmap, listening to our customers, and continuous innovation. We aim to grow year over year via SaaS, and in the next few years, we want to expand per user and share that revenue back with our SaaS customers. We are determined to achieve this!
What is your proudest moment so far as CEO?
Seeing the company evolve from nothing into a multimillion-dollar entity, witnessing our first employees become team leaders, and growing professionally and economically, are my proudest achievements.
What does it mean to be selected as a GrowFL FLCTW Honoree?
It means we are on track, contributing to community growth, and giving back effectively.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank for getting you to where you are now?
My partner and I are like Batman and Robin, alternating roles. Sometimes I am Batman, and sometimes I am Robin.
What is your advice for aspiring or fellow business owners?
Ensure that the traction is there, and if it is, go at full speed!
