The goal is to provide CEOs with Fortune 500-level data, information, and best practices that many times may be too costly to access on their own.

To participate companies must:
Fees — The cost of the program is $8,000.
Time commitment — 8-12 hours spread approximately over two to three months, ideally no longer than 6 months.
Focus areas — HR (recruiting and retention as well as compliance), operations and supply chain, accounting and finance, global trade, sales and marketing, succession planning, secondary market research, online marketing and customer prospecting.
Engagement — The program kicks off with a call between the CEO and a SIG team leader to identify your company’s greatest needs. Followed by a series of in-depth consultation with SIG specialists to dive deeper into those pain points. After the consultation, the specialists then present their deliverables which contain valuable data and analysis in response to your specific needs. These consultations will be conducted through a series of follow up calls as coordinated by the team lead. Finally, the team leader conducts a debriefing call before wrapping up the engagement.
