Brad transformed the early stages of this concept into DirectMail2.0. “I didn’t want to be in a business that would be disrupted; I wanted to be the disruptor,” Brad explains. When facing such obstacles, Brad focuses on adaptability: “Sometimes, you just have to find a way around the mountain. The key is staying adaptable and being ready to pivot when needed.”
