About Florida Companies to Watch
Now in its 16th year, Florida Companies to Watch honors high-performing, second-stage businesses that are developing innovative products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching their communities, and building Florida’s future economy. Presented by GrowFL, the program recognizes companies that have moved beyond the startup phase and demonstrated the capacity and intent for continued growth. Eligible companies typically employ between 6 and 150 people and generate between $750,000 and $100 million in annual revenue. Each year, applicants undergo a rigorous evaluation by an independent panel of judges who assess company performance, growth, strategy, innovation, and vision. Finalists represent some of the most promising growth companies in the state and exemplify the entrepreneurial excellence that makes Florida a leader in business growth and innovation.
