Daniel Betts is the CEO and co-founder of Blue Frontier. Daniel has worked in energy technology and advanced energy systems space since 1997. This work has spanned R&D, product development, consulting, and executive management of various startups. Prior to Blue Frontier, Dr. Betts was the CEO and CTO of Be Power Tech, an advanced air conditioning and distributed power company, and President of EnerFuel, an Ener1 subsidiary developing next-gen batteries and fuel cells for vehicles and stationary applications. He has also been an engineering and business strategy consultant to several large companies and organizations working in the Cleantech space. Among these are Jabil Circuit, Research Triangle Institute, and multiple leading OEMs in the automotive, engines, and materials handling industry. Dr. Betts has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and thermal sciences from the University of Florida. He also holds an MBA from the same school. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the George Washington University.

David Hartmann, CSM, Founder & CEO of The SilverLogic (tsl.io), architects platforms and innovative technology solutions for startups and enterprises in a variety of industries combining business acumen with deep background in technology and AI. His mission is to streamline the process of bringing innovative ideas to life enabling more people to scale their organizations. At TSL, he has built multiple scrum development teams exploring and building technology. In the last years, he has led his teams to multiple separate hackathon wins, at the Bitcoin Miami, eMerge Americas (for 5 consecutive years), HLTH Hack, and money20/20 hackathons. Over his tenure as CEO, Agile Growth & Waystones have become his passion project to disrupt the way compensation models are designed and structured to empower organizational growth.
