Arrival & Transportation
For Guests Staying at Aventura or Sapphire Falls
โข Check-In Tip: Since early check-in is usually unavailable on 2/26, we suggest checking in and allowing the hotel to hold your luggage.
โข Water Taxi: Please use the water taxi from the Sapphire Falls dock. Aim to be at the dock by 4:20 PM.
For Guests Driving to the Venue

Security Screening: After parking ($32), all guests must pass through a security screening. We recommend entering the garage by 4:15 PM.

- Footwear: We strongly suggest wearing flats for the walk and changing into heels at the venue.
- GrowFL Crew: Stay to the left after security and follow the ramp toward Hard Rock Live.

Stage Procedures
Congratulations on your companyโs recognition. To ensure the awards ceremony (7:00 PM โ 9:00 PM) remains polished and runs on schedule, please follow these instructions:
1. Preparation
Before the awards portion begins, please ensure you are ready for your moment:
โข Remove Name Badges: To ensure the best quality for your professional photos and stage presence, please remove your name badges and leave them at your table.
โข Travel Light: Please leave all bags, purses, and personal items at your table. Your hands should be free for the award presentation and photos.
2. Heading to the Stage
When your company logo appears on the screen, your group should immediately rise and proceed to the red carpet. Prompt Arrival: It is important to make your way to the center stage stairs quickly so you are in position as the voice-over begins.
3. Accepting the Award
- The Presentation: A GrowFL Sponsor Ambassador will present the award to your companyโs lead representative at center stage.
- The Spotlight: The Ambassador will briefly step aside, leaving your group center stage while the voice-over shares your company profile and leadership quote.
- Enjoy the Moment: While the voice-over plays, have fun! Wave to the audience or take a team selfie.
4. Backstage Exit & Photos
As the music rises and the voice-over concludes, the Sponsor Ambassador will return to guide you. The Exit: Do not exit back down the stairs. Follow the Ambassador to the backstage area for professional group shots at the photo station.
5. Returning to the Audience
Once photos are complete, backstage guides will direct you toward the exit to return to your table in the ballroom.
