As a Corporate Partner, you have the ability for up to 3 total members from your company (this includes the Advisory Board member). Each member will be an additional $300/annually. GrowFL memberships allow you to attend regional chapter events otherwise reserved for second-stage CEOs. Please confirm your 3 company members below, including yourself. If unsure, additional members can be added at a later date.

Corporate Partnership Agreement:

By signing below, this agreement is made and entered into as of date signed, by and between Corporate Partner and GrowFL, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, with its principal place of business at 201 E Pine St #735, Orlando, FL 32801

By signing below, the Corporate Partner agrees to the following:

Membership Dues: Corporate Partner agrees to pay the membership dues for the level of partnership selected by Corporate Partner in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in termination of this Agreement.

Professional Conduct: Corporate Partner agrees to represent GrowFL in a professional and ethical manner, and not engage in any conduct that would bring disrepute to GrowFL or its members. Corporate Partner shall not engage in a policy or technique of aggressive salesmanship or advertising towards CEO members of GrowFL.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Corporate Partner shall not be entitled to any refund of membership dues paid.
