Is the Company a Past Winner?
If a company has previously been recognized as a GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch honoree, they are not eligible to apply for this specific award again. However, we encourage these leaders to apply for our Alumni Award. For more information on the Alumni application process, please email tsweet@growfl.com.
2026 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the 16th Annual Awards, a company must meet the following criteria for the year ending December 31, 2025:
- Entity Status: A privately held, commercial enterprise headquartered in Florida (not a nonprofit, subsidiary, or publicly traded firm).
- W-2 Headcount: Employ between 6 and 150 full-time equivalent (FTE) W-2 employees, including the owner.
- Financial Scale: Have between $750,000 and $100 million in annual revenue or working capital from investors or grants.
- Growth Intent: Demonstrate a clear intent and capacity to grow based on evidence such as sales growth, exceptional leadership, or a sustainable competitive advantage.
