At exit, Dwight spun off and continued to lead HuemanPeople Solutions, an HR BPO business. In December of 2022 Dwight sold a majority stake in Hueman to Shore Capital Partners and now serves as Executive Chairman, leading its M&A strategy.

Dwight’s companies have been celebrated by GPTWI 16 times, and PPR was named the best small or medium business to work for in America in 2013.
