WAYMON ARMSTRONG, 2023 DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI HONOREE

I am passionate about our industry, community, and our firm. I believe that, as leaders, we are role models. I see myself as a visionary, compassionate, and inclusive leader who is hardworking and persistent and a partner with my community. My faith is strongly intertwined with how I lead, and I believe in servant leadership in everything we do. I have learned that it’s not about me; it’s about us; it’s about what we are doing and what we are trying to achieve and accomplish.

“We bleed teal.”
