Alternative Repair & Machining Services, LLC is a small Florida business that specializes in turbine generator inspections and repairs. Services are provided at the customers site and at our 40,000 square ft facility located in Jacksonville, FL. We provide services to several industries across the United States and Internationally including power generation, government ships, fertilizer production, pulp and paper mills and sugar and steel mills.
Was there an “ah-ha” moment that led you to the company?
In 2010 I was working for a company that was financially unstable with no clear direction to success. A group of us got together and created a company with the same workforce with a clear business plan for success.
What makes your company culture speacial?
By staying involved in all operations within the company I can bring the team together to solve the problem collectively.
