Was there an ah-hah moment that led you to your entrepreneurial journey or the idea for your company?
I love electric transportation. Technologically it is very interesting, and the efficiencies are incredible. Producing and using power close to the source can be very efficient.
What makes your company culture special?
Blocking and tackling. As the team cares for clients and takes care of the basic functions well, other items tend to take care of themselves.
What makes your company stand out among competitors?
We answer phone calls and emails. We strive to respond to client needs in a manner that serves them for the long term.
I have really tried to listen. In particular, listen to those who have done it before, with families, in environments of implementation similar to ours.
We have been blessed to double our revenue each year for 6 years, and our goal remains to continue that trend line.
Working with our team. They execute responsibilities with the clients’ interests at the forefront.

The notoriety is welcome, but far more impactful are the resources and network that we have been exposed to since selection.

Listen to customers, prioritize solutions and you should be fine.
