Was there an ah-hah moment that led you to the idea for your company?

Before our inception, I found local jet engine repair facilities lacking in customer service and efficiency. I was inspired to rethink and innovate how to improve services that would develop robust and long-lasting relationships with customers in our total available market.

Tell us about your company culture.

We pride ourselves in valuing our employees first. By operating this way, we find that results manifest in the services we provide. This is proven by our year-over-year growth since our inception.

What is your company’s competitive edge?

We are competitive because we deliver on our promises to our customers. That is, to service their engines within budget and on time.

What I have found to be most effective is identifying my weaknesses and hiring professionals whose strengths offset these weaknesses. This methodology has proven to be a great foundation for building the great team we have today.

Our ambition is to 10x our top-line revenue over the next 5 years. We anticipate this growth will arise from the opening of our new facility, which opened Q1 of this year. We also have plans to open additional facilities to expand services to our customer base.

My proudest moment is the opening of our new facility, which is the culmination of over a decade of hard work and hard-earned growth.

What does it mean to be selected as a GrowFL FLCTW Honoree?

This selection is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my team. Without them, we would not be here today.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank for getting you to where you are now?

There are too many people to list. Of course, my wife comes first for supporting me when I first started this business with the little money we had at the time. I would also like to thank the many mentors I had before starting this business, who imbued in me the values I instill in my employees—integrity, loyalty, and grit.

What is your advice for aspiring or fellow business owners?

Believe in yourself and put your employees first. With a great team, there is nothing you can’t overcome or achieve.
